Location note: The site has an Edgewater address, but is really in Annapolis at the intersection of the Solomon’s Island exit off Aris T. Allen (Rt. 665) and Solomon’s Island Road (Rt. 2).
The location is easy to get to, but not easily recognized by GPS. Please see the directions on our website for United Church of Christ of Annapolis (http://www.musictogetherchesapeake.com/location.aspx?loc=5504).
LOCATION DIRECTIONS:
While the church has a mailing address of Edgewater, it is in Annapolis less than ¼ mile south of the Annapolis Harbor Shopping Center and faces Rte. 2 (Solomon’s Island Road).
From the Eastern Shore:
Take 50 West over the Bay Bridge. Take exit 23A, Route 2 South. Bear left on ramp. At end of ramp turn left at the light. Continue for 1.2 miles. After exit for 665, turn left at light, Grand Oak Drive. The church will be directly in front of you as you make the left hand turn.
From Severna Park:
Take 97S to Route 50 East. At Exit 22 bear right onto MD 665/Aris T. Allen Blvd. Take second exit to Route 2, stay in center lane. Go through the light- church will be straight ahead.
From Crofton/Bowie:
Take 50 East. At Exit 22 bear right onto MD 665, Aris T. Allen Blvd. Take second exit to Route 2 stay in center lane. Go through the light- church will be straight ahead.
From BWI Airport:
Exit the airport on I-195W. Take the MD-170N exit (Exit 1) toward I-97/Annapolis/Bay Bridge. You will be on Airport Loop/Aviation Blvd. Turn Left on MD-176E/Dorsey Road. Immediately exit onto I-97S towards Annapolis/Bay Bridge. Stay to the left and remain on I-97 for about 14 miles. Bear to the left US-50E/US-301N towards Annapolis/Bay Bridge. Take Exit 22- MD 665/Aris T. Allen Blvd. Take second exit Route 2/Solomon’s Island RD; stay in center lane. Go through the light- church will be straight ahead.
From DCA Airport/Reagan National:
Go North on S Smith Blvd. Exit onto George Washington Parkway N. Merge onto I-395N toward Washington DC. Keep left to take I-295 S. Take Southeast Fwy/I-695 S towards Pennsylvania Ave. Merge onto Pennsylvania Ave SE. Merge onto DC295 N via the ramp on the left. Go about 3.8 miles then exit right onto US-50E, and continue for about 20 miles. Take Exit 22- MD 665/Aris T. Allen Blvd. Take second exit Route 2/Solomon’s Island RD; stay in center lane. Go through the light- church is straight ahead.
Parking:
Make a left after the light and turn right into the front lot. The church has requested that we not park in the rear lot.
